10. Volume Information: select a name for your drive and enter it here.

11. Format: Click on either the “Format” area or the Blue up/down arrows. Select Mac OS

Extended (journaled).

12. After selecting the type of format, click the “Partition” or “Apply” tab in the lower right of

the screen. On the next screen, “Partition Disk,” click “Partition” or “Apply” again.
